Forest Clearings 2002
With the evolving Internet, views to various social groups have opened up. Pictures forest clearings were a response to emerging social bubbles and were to be created only for a small group of people with specific interests. The paintings are conceived as a series where the background and foreground motifs are independent of each other. They represent other realities. Man in the forest is not part of nature, but a representative of human culture. Forest clearings a fresh wound in the forest, arouses the desire to suffer with the forest, but after that easilly return to the apartment.
In painting, I dare to use effects, beautiful details and vivid colors in the style of naive painting and fantasy paintings.
